Refund and Cancellation Policy

Unique Stables

Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all tour bookings made with Unique Stables. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below. Unique Stables provides services (horseback riding tours and related experiences); therefore, this policy applies to scheduled tour reservations and not physical goods.

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment (deposit or full payment). A confirmation message will be sent via email or WhatsApp. It is the guest’s responsibility to review booking details carefully, including date, time, and number of participants.

Guest Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour time, including no-shows, are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Payment processing fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

One reschedule is permitted if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour date and is subject to availability.

Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the tour may be treated as a cancellation and will follow the cancellation terms above.

Rescheduled bookings cannot be cancelled for refund beyond what is outlined in this policy.

Cancellation by Unique Stables

Unique Stables reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to:

• Severe or unsafe weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Unforeseen operational issues
• Situations beyond our control

If Unique Stables cancels a booking, guests will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid or may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled tour time.

Late arrivals may result in:

• Reduced tour time, or
• Cancellation without refund if participation is no longer possible.

No-shows are strictly non-refundable.

Safety & Participation

Unique Stables prioritizes safety at all times. Guests who:

• Fail to follow staff instructions
• Engage in unsafe behavior
• Appear intoxicated
• Pose a risk to themselves, staff, or animals

may be refused participation without refund.

Guests must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate. Unique Stables reserves the right to deny participation if safety concerns arise.

Force Majeure

Unique Stables is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, road closures, or emergencies.
